The Carriageworks Liaison Group have met with the PG Group to discuss their proposals. We understand that there will be no changes to the scheme granted planning permission in July 2016 (as approved by Planning Committee October 2015) that would require a new planning application (although minor alterations will be sought).

Summer 2017 – appoint design team, site investigations and surveys, building regs, planning pre-commencement conditions etc
October 2017 – demolition begins
January 2018 – construction begins
Summer 2020 – completion of development

October 2017 – vacant possession of the site
February 2018 – site clearance and demolition begins
February 2019 – demolition complete
