Vision Statement: “We are looking for a developer who will go the extra mile to
deliver a scheme of which we can be proud. We are determined to find the best

development process and who will champion our Vision. It is accepted that there will
need to be some level of flexibility in the choice of developer.”
We are concerned that the lack of detail about the management of the site, and the disappointing quality of the design show that Fifth Capital is not the developer to deliver these aims.
